This Privacy Policy describes how we, us, and our (referring to StockPitt LLC) collect, use, store, and share your information when you use the Moments mobile application (the “App”), our website(s), and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy applies to all users of the Services (“you”, “your”, “Users”). It applies whether you are browsing, using free or paid features, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with our App. If you do not agree with the terms below, please do not use the App or provide us with any of your information.

The user profile that you create when registering with us, which may store certain personal information and settings.

Services/App

Refers to the App, Website and any other products or related services provided by us under the Moments brand.

Any person or entity using the Services, whether via mobile device, browser, or other means.

StockPitt LLC, which provides the App and is responsible for managing and protecting your data under this Privacy Policy.

Any operation or set of operations performed on personal information, whether by automated or non-automated means. This includes collection, storage, use, disclosure, transmission, modification, or deletion.

  • Event Data: Event names, dates, times, and locations you create or select within the App. If an event owner requires location data for participation, we will collect the location you provide when opening the group. 
  • User Content: Photos, filters, captions, and other media you upload or create through the App.
  • Location and Shipping Details: Your shipping name, address, and other location details you provide when ordering printed photos or event materials.
  • Communications: When you contact support or give feedback, we collect the messages you send us.
  • Website Related Data: Your IP address, browser type & version, pages viewed on the site and referring/exit pages.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain information to help us understand performance, improve functionality, and keep your account secure. This may include:

  • Usage Data: How often you use the App, the number of events or filters you create, the time you spend on different features, and your interaction with notifications.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, crash reports, and unique device identifiers.
  • Log Data: IP address, timestamps, and actions taken (such as saving or sharing a photo).

3. Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from:

  • Social Media or Sign-In Services: If you use a third-party login (like Sign in with Apple or Google), we may receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider.

  • Enter your shipping address when ordering printed photos or event materials

    This helps us operate the App, improve performance, and keep your account secure.

If you choose to sign in using a third-party service (like Apple or Google), we collect the information they share with us (such as your name, email, and profile image). We may also receive anonymized analytics from our service providers that help us understand how users interact with the App.

4. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect information from external sources such as data brokers, third-party marketing lists, or your personal accounts outside of what you choose to share with us.

  • Account Data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information and content will be automatically deleted, unless we are required by law to keep it.
  • Event and Photo Data: Photos, filters, and event information are retained until you delete them or delete your account, at which point they will also be deleted automatically.
  • Order and Transaction Records: We may retain certain order details, shipping information, and payment records for a period required by law (for example, for tax or accounting purposes).
  • Usage and Analytics Data: We may keep anonymized or aggregated usage data for internal analytics and app improvement purposes, but this data cannot be used to identify you.

When we no longer need to retain your information, or when you delete your account, we securely delete, anonymize, or de-identify it.

We use a combination of technologies to help us understand how users interact with our App and website, improve performance, and provide a better experience.

Business Clause

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, reorganization, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred to another company as part of that transaction.
